  • Land (entitled or unentitled) suitable for industrial or self-storage development.
  • We have extensive experience and expertise dealing with environmentally challenged sites and have active projects where we are collaborating with DTSC and the Waterboard.  Additionally, we are well versed and willing to take on complex entitlement projects for industrial or self-storage.
  • Value-add industrial buildings, including covered land plays

  • Development opportunities larger than two acres
  • Value-add industrial of $5,000,000 or greater per transaction
  • We welcome and encourage broker involvement with sourcing off-market deals and will compensate accordingly.
